"We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. "Neo Hotel Linde ESSLINGEN ist wirklich zu empfehlen... Ich komme vom Ausland und Ich war in einen Kongress in der nähe und habe deswegen dieses Hotel gewählt. Die Ausstattung dieses Hotel ist wirklich TOP... Es gab auch eine Gute Stimmung im Bar mit Fußball match... leider hatte Ich nicht genugend Zeit um den Wellness Bereich (ua Schwimbad, Sauna, Sportanlage, usw...) zu geniessen... !"

"Arrived on a Sunday to find keys in envelopes had been left on the reception desk and my room was in the building next door. The front door to the building would not unlock. I was later advised it was not functioning been due to the sun. After multiple tries, also with someone elses card, I resigned myself to a night on the floor in reception.
