"Lovely place, had a great stay. Enjoyed the pool and facilities. Breakfast was very average though. Didnt have dinner as wasnt impressed by the menu so caught the bus to thr financial district and went to a Portugese Restaurant "

"In general , the hotel is very nice. However, amenities are very basic, a high-end hotel has no wash clothes in the room, Kleenex run out not replenish, only 1 flat pillow per person, and had to make use of the sofar cushion to fit my head while sleeping. Twice I called reception counter but never answered and had to go to the reception counter in person for service, I refused to go to the lobby myself for the second time. I would not give this hotel a thumb up for recommendations. "

"Overall the hotel was nice. Checkin was easy and the staff were great! The hotel offed some infused water which was nice after a long day of traveling. Sadly it was not consistently there for consumption as we would not see it again until the day we checked out. Room was nice. Large and not cramped. "Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "
