"We made a spur of the moment decision to travel to Devonport (from Hobart) so that we could then go to Cradle Mountain, after the overnight stay. The room we stayed in (2 x queen bed, port view) was very comfortable and great value ($181 per night). "Really nice host and really appreciated the locally sourced groceries provided on arrival. Place was a bit stuffy and dusty but overall was a really nice place. Really liked that it had some history to it and that we had a field of sheep and alpaca right outside. "

"This B&B is 10 mins drive from Sheffield. It is a small farm with chickens running around everywhere. Nice gardens. The room was comfortable. The breakfast is extensive, lots of cereal, cake and fruit options as well as a full cooked breakfast. "

"Georgia and Peter are wonderful hosts. Our room was so comfortable and included everything you'd need for self catering. Loved the freshly baked bread and loose leaf tea. An easy walk into town. Deloraine Espresso makes the best coffee and we enjoyed our meals at The Empire Hotel."

"We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest.
