Beginning with our greeting upon arrival to being walked to the door upon leaving the hotel, we were assured we were well taken care of. That’s not even the best part: the location. "We arrived at the hotel and realized there’s no AC in the rooms (there is but not for cold only heater), we also booked the hotel in part because we saw it has a roof top restaurant with great views and then found out we were not allowed because of a private event, the manager was helpful but very dry and short on words. Hotel is greatly located and in great condition, breakfast buffet is nice and rooms are very clean."

"Very nice and charming hotel. The staff is amazing. We were welcomed like old friends and given numerous tips for our 3 day stay in Catania. Breakfast is good and you can get freshly made scrambled eggs ( real eggs!) served with a smile. Order double espresso and add hot water to have really good coffee as americano is likely an instant coffee. Bed is very comfy with spotless white sheets. The area around looks a bit sketchy, but we never encountered any problems. "

"After spending time trying to find a reasonably priced hotel we found this little gem. Some reviews were negative some positive. We were stopping over for a couple of days so just needed what it said on the tin!! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room basic, but very clean and air conditioned. Free soft drinks and water were added each morning, fresh towels and room cleaned even on a 2 night stay. Nice relaxing area and court yard for breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee...
