Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. "The property has a nice pool and a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The only note that others might want to know is that if you have car- check in first then move your car to parking lot two (P2). The parking costs 22 euros per day. If you plan to see the Alhambra you must book the tickets way in advance. At certain times of year, it is impossible to get a ticket upon arrival. "

"Kevin was super friendly at the front desk!! We stayed in room 414 which was very nice. The walk-in shower was huge and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, we didn’t take advantage during our 4 nights but definitely a bonus. One improvement to be made would be responding to the two messages sent via Expedia. This might have ensured a smoother check-in. We would stay again if we come back to Granada. "
