Even though the building does not have an in-house reception I was able to get help for an issue I was having within a couple of minutes. "Konrad apartments are in the heart of downtown Tartu, nearby restaurants, museums and shopping. We stayed at a one bedroom apartment with a toddler and infant. The apartments arranged a crib at no extra cost. I would recommend Konrad to both solo travelers and families alike. The apartments have a kitchenette, WiFi, cable, washing machine and even laundry detergent is provided. There’s a parking lot 5 minute walk away, only please note that it might be difficult to find a spot there on weekends...
