"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "It was really enjoyable and the receptionists were very welcoming and happy to help all the time. If staying here but plan to go to Strasbourg get the DB navigator app to buy bus tickets as transport was hard to navigate without it"

"Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

"Staff is super nice. Hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms can use a decoration refresh but they are big and clean. About a 10 min walk to Gengenbach town centre. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the vibe looked relaxing. "

"Theme hotel very impressive. Good comfy rooms. Lovely hot swimming pool ! Word of warning the steam room / sauna area area naked zones- which i didn’t use as i would want to have my swimming costume on. "

"Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel. Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good. "

"Hotel Hirschen Glottertal is a lovely hotel in a very quaint village. This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a home base around many hiking trails and beautiful nature. The facilities and amenities are exceptional. It was a delight to explore the wonderful scenery and come back from a hike to a relaxing sauna session. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast and restaurant delightful. "

"This wellness hotel is beyond excellent!!! From the amazing services to the views of the Black Forest and the super lush meadows from our room.
