"Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding."

The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. "Normal hotel like many. If you go Ski, remember to ask about the Discount Pass coz they will forget. I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes). Unfortunately. All the rest was fine, Bar, Breakfast. "
