"Just absolute beachfront bliss! What an experience... such a stunning resort in a beautiful location with spectacular sunsets. Stayed in a sunset villa, and treated like royalty! Restaurant served amazing food and even better coffee! Spa treatment's rejuvenating, but be sure to book early! My sister and I xan not stop talking about our stay at Amber and are already planning our visit next year. Just be aware, the resort is a distance to closest towns +30 minutes. This is the perfect place to disconnect and breathe."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. Our check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room quality was very basic, with a run-down bathroom that was far from acceptable. For a hotel with high reviews, the poor room and bathroom conditions were shocking. The service was equally disappointing. We ordered food and drinks, but the drinks were forgotten, and when I raised this, there was no follow-up. The assistant initially offered to waive our lunch bill as an apology for the issues, but later changed it to drinks only. At checkout, I was surprised to see that I was still being charged for the drinks, and it took them another 5 minutes to sort it out after I questioned the bill. To add to the confusion, I was told one price for a taxi to the airport, but when we checked out, the hotel charged me a lower price. I questioned this, and they insisted it was correct. However, during the ride to the airport, the driver received a phone call saying we had underpaid. This was very frustrating, especially since the confusion was entirely on the hotel's end. Overall, the service was poor"

"Do NOT stay at this hotel. Avoid at ALL costs. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at iny life. Seriously question and want to dispute their 4 star rating which I feel like they just gave themselves. It is 2 stars at best. The whole hotel smells like sewage, and if you are on the first floor, south of the property, be careful because there will be mold all over the bathroom and smell of mold on top of the sewage smell. Shower floor is so brown it seems like it has never been cleaned. The floor is dusty. I couldn't take off my sandals during the entire stay. The sheets have blood stains, and towels are brown and smells bad. I thought the only positive was the swimming pool, but there is absolutely no shade in the pool for most of the day, so you will end up getting a heat stroke and the water gets so warm it feels like a bath. I cannot comprehend how this hotel can operate in this state. I won't be surprised if someone got seriously sick just from staying here. "
