"The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! My bad if i spell names wrong but Luka from the afternoon shift was amazing. He set us up with reservations for dinners at places that were so amazing, that i can't thank him enough. If you get the opportunity to go to Sestriere and get to have the privilege to stay at this hotel, do it! "

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"The best location in the town. Just few steps from the lift. Dinner is very good and there are options for vegetarians and gluten free. But the breakfast is poor. Large and comfort rooms (a little old)"

"We chose this hotel because of our desire to get off the main highway as night drew in. Our first impression of the hotel was coloured by our tiredness and its busy location. However…I share that because my husband and I were ultimately very impressed enough by this hotel to write a review. It was spotless, the staff very helpfu, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was superb! …and the location turned out to be ideal…we were able to catch a bus into the historical area of Turin without having to worry about parking and there is a shopping centre close by for some needed essentials. "Comfortable hotel with impressive reception, it was once a cotton mill. The room was medium sized and clean. The restaurant food was good. Handy for visiting Turin."
