"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"The place is convenient. It has very short spa hours so if you are a person who likes to relax and have sauna/pool in the evening you will be out of luck. The breakfast is nice, the dinner a bit limited in the menu. I suggest not reserving the dinner for every night- there are other options. "

All I can say that I had an issue with was that there’s no air conditioning as well as no fans offered. Which meant that we did not sleep well because of the excessive heat, even with the balcony door open. I asked in regards to using a fan, but they said they didn’t have any. "Wonderful experience all the way around, from the time of our arrival until we departed. Great location, wonderful food, breakfast was fantastic, well pointed modern rooms and the people make all the difference. The staff was very helpful and catered to all of our needs. Will definitely return!"

"I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen."
