"Nice stay, well located 10 min walk from beach. Pool area was nice. Areas for improvement: We stayed in suite which was nice but as it got hotter the smell of sewage from the bathroom was strong. Having to pay €7 per night for a baby cot is excessive when staying for multiple nights"

"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "

"Stayed one night on route to southern Spain. We upgraded and wow was beautiful. Central location easy street parking and some great local bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was exceptional "

"Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink.
