"Fantastic hotel and staff! The entire place was super clean and well kept. The room had good ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, chocolate. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and clean with drinks served to your chairs. But the biggest plus here was the food, the breakfast buffet was the best we've had in Europe and the dinner (we opted for half-board) was absolutely delicious. It was a short drive tp both Lednice and Voltice for day trips. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We've visited Therme Laa - Hotel & Spa twice during a posting in Vienna. The hotel is easily accessible from Vienna also by train. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby train station in Laa. The hotel has a high standard and a rather good restaurant. The therme complex is the main reason to visit with excellent facilities both inside and outside. The complex is very much child-friendly (we visited with a two-year-old son). "The hotel itself was fine - clean, comfortable. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Our issues were with the dining room - closing earlier than posted hours twice in a week without notice. We were there for work, often working 12-14 hours a day. We returned to the hotel our second evening and before we could even find a table in the restaurant we were told "dining room is closed". Period.
