"Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. "Suppose to be a 4 star property , upon checked in was given a pile of bedsheets and towels to climb 2 floors to the apartment. Was told that we need to lug these bedsheets and towels after the stay back to their office. In addition cleaning of the property is also required by us.
