"Accueil inexistant. Cest le gros probleme de cet hotel. Tout se passe sur internet. Beaucoup de bruit le soir avec les restaurants, jusqu'à tres tard dans la nuit. Je n'ai pas vu une seule fois un responble de l'hôtel. Dommage."

"Estuve un par de días en Febrero 2024 con mis hijos de 4 y 7 años y mi marido. La casa nos encantó. El entorno es inmejorable : Naturaleza, cerca del rio… en un pueblo con algún bar (a 5 min del alojamiento ), tienda de ultramarinos y panadería- quesería pegando a la casa. La cocina con menaje super completo( tostador, batidora, cafetera nespreso) y con electrodomésticos funcionales (microondas,horno y lavavajillas). "The place had a nice view of the mountains, the room was large, the location was in the middle of nowhere (kind of the point) but the hotel restaurant (one of four in the whole town) was closed 2/3 nights we were there. Also, the spa apparently “is only open on Saturdays”. We went in September and the weather was still warm so who knows if they open at all in the off season. Other than that the pool was nice and the staff was friendly enough. We just wish we could have planned better dining....
