"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "The front desk management wasn’t very friendly. No hello no acknowledgment at all. The most helpful and friendly person was the guy named Athios in glasses behind front desk . And all the staff in bar, breakfast room. Will definitely come back again "

"Great stay and amazing location next to the beach, with close amenities. Great breakfast and pool areas with lovely views. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing to watch is it is large hotel where some rooms do not have nice views/are not refurbed to quite the same spec as photos- shout out to Santiago who was very understanding of this but just a note for some feedback. "We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."
