"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. "Das Hotel ist in einem super schönen Zustand und sehr sauber. Leider sind die Betten sehr hart im Zimmer und das Essen ist leider eine Katastrophe für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es gibt Buffet, aber das ist ganz spartanisch angerichtet und hat irgendwie null Geschmack, auch der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist grauenvoll (wir haben jeden Tag einen Frühstückskaffee bei der Hotelbar getrunken, der war sehr lecker). Bis aufs Essen und den harten Betten, war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. "

"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

"We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! Overall, as 2 young couples, we will definetly be back! Thank you! "
