"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"We had a lovely stay in Vila Pavlina. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The communal areas were kept in very good condition, as was the spa which was well thought out with everything you needed after a days skiing. The location of the building was superb, being ski in/out and with shops, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation"

"Tout était parfait. Belle et grande chambre, excellent petit-dejeuner, repas du soir délicieux. Et à notre grande surprise, également salades le midi... Le personnel est charmant et fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Belles piscines extérieures...bref de superbes vacances. Rien à redire. "
