"Clean comfortable beds and overall a nice property, but it was not a good value for what was charged. For a 4 night stay we found it not convenient to the downtown restaurants if you want to walk. There are only fast food ones in the area, and the road was noisy. "

Keep in mind that there are no lifts, so if you end up on the top floors, you will be doing lots of stairs to get anywhere. "As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."

We did not realise it was a pet friendly hotel (may have changed as we booked nearly 12 months ago) but the staff were very sympathetic and upgraded us to a family room not usually used for pets. So 100% for customer service. Would certainly recommend "
