"Stayed here one night. Felt safe and our car stayed in the garage which is gated. Big bathroom small shower. It was 3 of us and each of us stayed in a twin. Too small for us but one night worked. Big complaint was no ac. It was hard to sleep since i was hot. If we opened the window no screen to stop any bug. Breakfast could be way better. It was limited. Over all though i liked it and neighborhoods was quiet. P.S. bring cash to this town if you are american. Was hard to pump gas since it didn't...

"They made sure you stay with them was first class service!! The pool was so relaxing. The beach look like paradise. The breakfast, lunch & dinner was Michelin star rated. I’m looking forward to going back to this resort. I truly enjoyed Giancarlo & Settimo , who went over and above to provide quality service!!"

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new. No towels at the pool or at the sub chairs. You have to rent them daily from the desk if you need...

Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. "Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅. Personnel very kind and helpful , they even allowed me to do a late checkout at no cost . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are top !! Delicious local food and some international food also . The only negative for me was the bed 🛌, too hard and difficult to sleep. Overall Highly recommend . "
