"The room was comfortable & spacious. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately all lifts were out of order (seems to have been for some time since cyclone) No notice of this on booking platforms as this may have influenced our choice to stay. Staff were happy to help with luggage but stairs may have been difficult for some. "

The room itself though had a few items that needed fixing like the sliding door to the main room was broken, the sliding door to the lounge was extremely difficult to slide and the ensuite was very rough and had broken splatter rail and tiles throughout tho none of this spoilt the stay it would just be nice of the owners fixed this as they are renting a penthouse so it needs to be penthouse standard. "

"Stayed for a week. Walking trail and beach right across the street. Lots of room to spread out and everything was very clean. Our room had access to a private roof patio with nice views. The apartments are a short walking distance to the busier areas of Hervey Bay with lots of dining options. "
