"Centrally located. Room on small side, but pleasant"

"My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Dubrovnik for three nights (Junior suite) in May 2025. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back if we visit Zagreb again. The hotel is perfectly located near the central square, but far enough away on a side street so we weren't disturbed by the noise too much, though we stayed over the weekend. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was also wonderful, with plenty of choices. We had a little problem with a weak water flow in the bidet. We told reception about it and a technician came to fix it within five minutes. Great service! All the hotel personnel were friendly, helpful and responsive. One small issue; they switch off the heating in May. While it is warm enough for the locals and other north Europeans, people who live in hot countries (we live in Asia), may find the room a little chilly at night for the first couple of weeks in May. All-in-all though, a great place to stay in Zagreb and good value for money."

"This is a modern hotel with dining and drink options. Variety of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Tram into town is a 10 minute walk. Staff are very helpful and friendly. "
