We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval...
