"Accueil très agréable de la part du réceptionniste. Chambre en étage comme demandé, lit grand et trés confortable ainsi que les oreillers. La télévision est un peu basse mais ça n'est qu'un détail, salle de bain avec baignoire. Double porte d'accès à la chambre. Par contre les cloisons sont minces. Petit-dejeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons. "

"The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues."

"So the property was filthy. Brown stained toilets dirty pool and although “ dog friendly” there was rat poison left where my dog could eat it. Which she did, expensive trip to vets and nearly came home without my beloved dog. We all got sick two days into our different stays and the owner did not apologise or take responsibility. Much photo and video evidence gathered happy to post. Come on Vrbo sort it out"

"Out of town with very little to do. Onsite restaurant closes at 9.30 pm. The rest of residents then vanish to their rooms leaving you feeling guilty for wanting some life."

"In terms of an overnight stay, this hotel was the equivalent of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at - good value for money but the service we received was far from satisfactory and well below what we would have expected from Ibis. "Perfect hotel in the forest! The staff is a little uptight and the portions at the restaurant a little small but the hotel is good, breakfast is good for every diet and the vicinity is beautiful. Comfortable bedding conditions. Nice rooms. Good facilities offered by the hotel. We didn't have a cure whilst staying there but everything else was perfect."
