"The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason.
