"I booked this hotel last minute due to the bad experience I had with the previous hotel. I got there after 12 and asked if there was anywhere to keep my bag as I understood check in was 3. I did also mention my issue with previous hotel. They kindly let me check in earlier as they had the facilities to do so which was great. I loved the breakfast, the spa and the shopping nearby. "The hotel was clean inside and outside. The staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was nice, though a little small for the amount of residents. The building next door had trash outside and there were cats going in and out. This took away from the cleanliness of the hotel. I know it’s probably out their control but it does affect the property as you approach. I will say that we enjoyed our stay and do plan to return.
