And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. "The bus stops right outside the hotel were useful for getting to and from Rodos cheaply rather than relying on taxis. Also theres a taxi rank right over the road should you need it. Theres also supermarkets/ tavernas/ pharmacies in a walkable distance away should you need then. Staff were really helpful and welcoming, room was clean but could have done with a few more toiletries in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was a godsend for storing water! "

"We were very pleased with our stay and the entire staff was amazing as was the communication, making very easy to find our way there! That alone is worth 5 stars!. However, I was surprised that the breakfast was not a "Full Breakfast" as stated in the property description....It was truly a continental breakfast. Boiled eggs, no eggs cooked to order or anything hot...not evrn a toaster with bread....Maybe this has changed recently because many of the reviews (which caused me to book) raved about...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We did have a room with a private pool and would recommend this option. Although we sat around the main pool a couple of times, there were days people had towels out quite early. Only thing I would mention is that the private pools get morning sun until around 1:00pm, after which the main pool gets the sun. This suited us just fine but might be something to consider. We thought the morning breakfast was great. A decent sized option for the size of the hotel...

"Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!"

"Great Hotel, from check in to leaving, great service. Special shout outs to Betje and Anastasia on reception. Great location just out of the main town centre but close enough to all the amenities. New adults only Marrakesh area is also a lovely addition. "
