"The hotel was nice but was disappointed that the heavily advertised hot tub was exclusive to over 18 with an additional fee. I feel like this age restriction should be disclosed prior to booking. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel with lovely staff, in a nice city."

The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason.
