"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "

Esperava mais entretenimento a noite e só tinham voz e violão tocando as mesmas músicas repetidamente. Acho que faltou um toque especial. O resort tem potencial. Quartos grandes, praia bela, comida gostosa e espero que haja uma reforma e retornarei."

"Nice hotel with great facilities within a beautifull setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is overpriced though. Even in Jericoacoara, which is known for being expensive; one can find a hotel with similar standard with a better rate. I also thought it was rather unusual to charge for the coffee capsules in the room. The high point is that it is really next to the sea. "
