"The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities "

We stayed in the smaller building in which the restaurant is as we got a suite (our young child slept in the pull out sofa) The room was clean, modern, comfortable and easy to access. The breakfast choices / quality is top notch. The service friendly and helpful. I give this a five star. Only negatives I would say is WiFi is not good and the pool was not usable, but this time of season i was not expecting to use it anyway (too cold). Would surely stay in this hotel again if in...
