"Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village...

"I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good. "Our family had a wonderful stay at Tom's house. It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. Tom's house also had a beautiful and open kitchen and gathering spaces (both indoor and outdoor) that were just delightful for morning family breakfasts and porch sitting as we watched the sun go down over those stunning mountains.
