"The hotel itself is clean, convenient to the Expressway (661) and within walking distance to the city of Offenbach and just across the bridge from Frankfurt am Main. The staff is accommodating, courteous, friendly, and ever so helpful. The area is still under construction and the main street is busy so it can get a little loud, but no so much one can not sleep. "This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. We love this property a few issues this time was that the first week was very warm temperatures what seem to be the air condition? Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue...

Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei...
