"The travel links are great, with easy tram, bus or ferry access to city center and Gamlastan. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff was very thoughtful when giving us two connecting rooms, so we could be close to my elderly parents. Splendid breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was so welcoming and one of the staff members who stood out is Magaly. She graciously prepared a mocha latte for my daughter and a cappuccino for my mother every day during our weeks' stay. The cleaning crew went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were spic and span clean. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed with my family. they made my vacation very special. "The breakfast was incredible with tons of options. The hotel is pretty basic but very clean and centrally located with a subway station right around the corner and tons of bars, restaurants, and pretty much everything you could need or want "
