"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"Awesome place, great breakfast. Beautiful area. The playground is fantastic and has a zip line. There is a rail connected right to the property. This is a can't miss for nature lovers and a great home base for exploring the Rhineland palatine area"

"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. "The owners and staff were awesome! The breakfast was amazing with made to order eggs and huge selections. The restaurant was impeccable with a wide variety of menu items (food and drinks) plus great service! I would stay here again for our next visit to Germany. "

We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "Trevligt och fint rum med härlig utsikt! Helt ok frukost och bra mat på restaurangen. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam trots begränsad kommunikationsförmåga då vi inte pratar tyska och deras engelska var begränsad. Bra parkering och möjligt att ladda elbil. Engelska menyer hade varit till stor hjälp, men det finns ju bra appar för översättning. "

"Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but we had a great time. Rooms are clean and very comfy. Service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything u can wish for and the dinner was very delicious. Will come back to test some wellness options. "

"An immaculate hotel with wonderful attentive staff. The rooms are well designed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best I have encountered, a massive buffet selection in a beautiful room overlooking the city. I love the roof pool and spa area to relax in. There is also another pool indoors with a sauna and spa facilities. An underground car park topped off my stay. "
