"Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Banja Luka or surrounding area. Rooms are really clean and nicely done. "There is a sign painted on the glass near the front door that says "Reception", however, once you lug your luggage up some stairs, you enter the bar/restaurant area and are instructed that the entrance to the hotel is around the back.
