The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff was great. Most of the other staff members did not speak English, so that was a big challenge. The restaurant was nice but food was just ok. The views of the bay were amazing and the tunnel access to the beach was convenient. The beach was small but clean & the staff there was friendly. "

We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. "The hotel is very nice. The people were extra friendly, and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is a park like setting. Very hard to find due to the driveway exiting directly from the highway. It took us a long time to find the hotel. It was worth the hunt!"

"Picture Butlins in the 70s, the place was like a childrens camp some form of PGL maybe. It was really weird the owners have an obsession with gnomes, bunting and hand painted animal signs. The land in which it is situated is flat and not much to do around (locally). The pools were very nice but have changed somewhat since the pictures were taken for expedia. I would not stay here it is geared up for the Italian family market not Couples. The rooms were odd our room had a little cooker and sink...
