"Setting off the property is excellent, easy access by car, their own parking, food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are few suggestions for instance: soap dispensers are very hard to squeeze the soap out. Maybe something with pump or sensor would be more convenient for aging guests. Overall great job! "Villa was in excellent condition and as advertised. It is a short walk above the beautiful Smokvina bay which is very safe , clear water good for swimming and snorkelling. Only negative was location. Although close to Slano and Ston it is a bit isolated so car required and a very narrow steep lane to access from main road. Access to local supermarkets is ok but they are very small and have limited variety."

"Die Lage ist traumhaft. Allerdings gibt es zu wenige Plätze, um im Freien zu essen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, leider war aber besonders zum Frühstück permanent etwas aus (Eier, Pfannkuchen). Die Zimmer sind neu, schlicht aber geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Zimmermädchen dürten besonders dem Boden etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Das Angebot an (Sport-)Events war unaufdringlich und ausgewogen. "

"The staff at the reception was exceptionally nice and helpful and the location was excellent. However there were a few flaws in the room: no proper hot water, no indication of internal phone numbers (we had to go down to the reception to get wi-fi password and coffee/tea) and the room was a bit dated (toilette included)."

"The room was absolutely spotless. For the apparent age of the building, the whole place is kept impeccably clean. For me it was a perfect stop over for the night between Split and Dubrovnik. Away from the business of Makarska. Plenty of restaurants in this very small town surprisingly too. "
