"I've stayed here a few times, as it's close to my mother's home. Convenient to Westfield. This time I stayed in a King: loved it, level 7, quiet and felt safe. Shower took full 10 minutes to warm up, so there's not great hot water system. Not great halving a cold shower when rooms are pricey."

"The male receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful with directions to my room. Restaurant was closed being a Sunday. Receptionist stated that there were multiple eateries (7 or 8) over the road if I wanted food. Bottle shop closed exactly 7pm. Which was when I arrived. Absolutely devastated. "The only reason I dropped a star was because this was my second stay in the last month and on both occasions, the emergency alarm went off in the early hours of the morning and lasted for ages waiting for the fire brigade to arrive. The first time it happened another guest said it had happened the night before. You seriously need to get this alarm fixed because on neither of the 3 occasions was there an actual emergency. Otherwise great place to stay."

"Spacious apartment in a convenient location, mostly in good condition, although some things (e.g. bathroom mirror) are showing signs of wear. Key collection instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Some aspects, however, need attention. The washing machine had black slime in the door seal and it was very dirty behind. We reported a leaking sink in the bathroom and a lack of bathmat, but neither issue was resolved during our stay."

"Liked it all. Dining at the Tavern was not great - food was good and reasonably priced, environment was not good - gambling, what appeared to be an intoxicated person lying on the sidewalk near the entrance door on 2 occasions - belongings scattered and rolling cigarettes or an other item."

"Beautiful property and stay! The area was nice and quiet with beautiful views of the glasshouse mountains. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back when we are in Australia again!"

"Extremely comfortable bed and lovely peace and quiet but a difficult drive to the property. Not keen on shower curtain shower as entire bathroom floor got wet. Microwave would have been good to have too. "
