"We checked into the property with friendly and welcoming staff. We were offered parking in the garage for a good rate, and the staff was very helpful with our questions. Breakfast was great, many options and tasty. The property is quite large and there were several hallways and doorways to get to our room, which was a little inconvenient with having to open multiple doors with luggage- I suppose this was to mitigate noises from others, but it wasn't too bad. "Location is excellent: shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. 10 minutes walk to the old town and tourist attractions. Helpful staff. Standard doble room with terrace is quite tight. Double bed is just ok although a small double size. There was a very small wardrobe with only few hangers and one shelf only. There were no other cabinets for clothes. Modern bathroom. However, there's a lack of some privacy due to its glass walls."

"The hotel itself was very nice, except the restaurant was closed when we were there. Which was a pain. The parking was oddly far away from the front door. Little confusing when we arrived. The area around the property is very run down, and not well kept. Lots of leaves and trash on sidewalks. Had a creepy vibe, especially at night. Not far from the lake. But, lake was packed with tourists. No great place to get coffee or good food right near the hotel "
