"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "The hotel was modern yet had the feel of a bed and breakfast due to the amazing family that manages it. The breakfasts were fabulous. We felt like we were in a village but only 45 mins (or less) from the Frankfurt airport. We enjoyed bird watching/walking along the river, tasting wine at the Ingelheimer Vinothek and day trips in/around the area. We would absolutely go back."

"Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.) "

"We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. Expedia needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience."

"Loved this hotel!!!!! Quality. Wonderful room. Spacious, comfy and quiet. Great pool and sauna. Superb restaurant. Great food and wine. Slightly disappointing breakfast (limited). Awesome area with views and walks. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again."

"Wonderful short stay for our family of four. We had the Family Room and it was large by European standards. The family who own and operate the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. The playground area was a wonderful surprise too. Very pleased!"
