"X Kirra is in a great location. Once you park your car in the narrow basement you won’t need your car again. The property is all walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The property has a great view of the ocean and walking esplanade. The balcony could have done with a good sweep and the windows were grimy but you can overlook that once the doors were open and see the view. The room is well furnished, great size kitchen comfy beds. We would stay again. "

"We loved our stay. Xmas week so no construction going on. Room was spacious with a great view but very dated and needs a refurb. Loved the 2 pools, close to beach and close to shops so we walked everywhere. We will definitely be going back."

But they do give directions at the desk, be sure to listen better than I did! Excellent eating options, beautiful swimming pool, relaxing vibe - 5 stars from me."
