"Good location to Warwick uni 10 min. Nice hotel, spa and breakfast. The room was right at the back facing road and very noisy. No other rooms available away from road. No ac in any of the rooms had to ask for fan. "

"Nice hotel conveniently located within walking distance of all local attractions. Good points: wheelchair accessible, spacious and clean rooms, good shower, plenty of breakfast choices, and amazing fish and chips! One thing to note when parking, don't use the app as its cheaper to pay the hotel at the end. This wasn't mentioned during check in so we ended up paying £10 more for the 2 days. "

Ladies at check in = wonderful, waitress/waiter in the restaurant =excellent, chef on the evening = fabulous, staff at breakfast = great, and chef at breakfast = awesome. Rooms very clean so clearly the house keeping staff are also brilliant. Very well managed, congratulations to everyone on a fabulous hotel."
