"It wasn't a walkable property, and the tram didn't run the days we were there. I would have liked to have done and seen more, but when one is of a certain older age, walking can be difficult."

"An overrated hotel. The hotel is very close to a road with heavy traffic. No parking for hotel guests. The room was quite worn. The TV could only be watched from one of the beds. Balcony rosty No extra facicilties neither for the dog nor for us. Breakfast was friendly an ok. "

"The hotel was advertised as providing charging capabilities. In reality, there is a public charger in a nearby car park (neither the charger nor the car park belong to the hotel). This charger requires a specific physical access card to use, so you cannot just arrive and use a credit card or app. I conclude that it is misleading to say that the hotel has charging facilities and believe that this should be amended so others don’t rely on a service that they cannot use…"

"We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...

"You have a nice view from the swimming pool, lots of trees and the hills around. The cosy room in the oldest part of the hotel, where we had a sumptuous breakfast. Nice gesture to procure everbody of our family with a water bottle at departure."
