"The people is so polite and helpful , I just felt misinformed or not clear info about the process for the checkout . Please guys you need to warn the people about the amount of stairs to move around , some people have bad legs and it became a little bit of challenge for my friend who has bad knees . "

I think the owners should be transparent about this on Expedia so that customers can decide whether they want to stay here or not. "
