"Had very high expectations for this Tribute Portfolio hotel. Upon arrival the hotel is not in a great area, certainly not scenic. Parking was not very convenient, only a limited amount of spots in front, more in the back of the hotel which was not convenient. "The young lady at the desk was extremely nice, but the building and the room smelled so bad of disinfectant we could hardly breath. The room was not as advertised. One queen bed which looked clean and a small sofa bed with torn arms and the carpets were so dirty. The advertised kitchen had no utensils or dishes and glassware."
