"Thon Opera was perfectly located- steps from Oslo Central so a 2 minute walk from the Flytoget. We went to the ballet at the opera house one night and that was just a three or four minute walk. The breakfast was amazing in the huge number of choices, all very good. The room was large, very clean, and well lit and there were lots of usb ports. "

"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice. "This property is close to the airport but you have to pay for the shuttle bus. This is not covered by the Oslo pass so consider that when staying here vs in Oslo directly. Breakfast buffet had many options and fresh bread & pastries. I did not eat at the restaurant."
