"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

"Lovely hotel set above street level so little noise especially around the beautiful pool area. Breakfasts were amazing in form of help yourself buffet. We didn’t eat there at night but apparently very good restaurant. We can preferred to go into Agios Nicholas in the evening where there is a bustling night life but also went to Olga’s a couple of times just a very short walk from the hotel. "Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back"

"Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. Animation team were good and water sports were highlight of our 1 week stay. Recommended if you like all-inclusive, have a big family and aren't interested in experiencing the...
