"It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower.. oh lord. the water pressure is so weak and does not allow you to push it past the basic pressure. The design of the tub meant that water spills out if you move out the way. "While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...
