"Hotel was fine, but not a great family hotel. We have three kids under 8. Patrons (October) were mostly older German adults. The room was not in great shape. The refrigerator was apparently being defrosted and was leaking all over the floor (with towels). "Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
