"Our room had no balcony, even though in the pictures it seems this room category should have had a balcony. However, it didn’t bother us too much, since we only booked for two nights. The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries. If we will ever travel again to Ioannina we will definitely re-book again at this hotel. "

"An interesting hotel in an amazing location. Booked a standard room with a balcony with views to Papigo. Parking and arrival presents challenges. Luggage is taken to the hotel by staff with an ATV.
